Let’s get down to business, without frills or salesman’s speeches. Nobody -and I repeat, NOBODY- likes to be sold. Not cars, not insurance, not even that apartment with a view that looks like something out of Instagram. As soon as we feel that someone is trying to sell us something, wham! Alarms go off as if we were the A-Team. <\/p>\n

But here’s the kicker: we love to shop. Yes, my friend, because when we find that bargain or that house that seems to be made for us, the feeling is brutal. The difference is in who takes control: you want to discover it for yourself, not be boxed in. <\/p>\n

When someone is house hunting, they don’t go around wasting time. They become hunters, stalking offers, imagining renovations, visualizing themselves on the couch watching the latest Netflix. But… if someone approaches you with a “I’ll sell you the apartment of the century” face, you jump faster than a cat on Red Bull. <\/p>\n

– “Hi, are you interested in a small apartment?”
